New Garage Door Opener Installation Services

( We install all brands, but we recommend Liftmaster !)

Note: Liftmaster, Sears Craftsman, and Chamberlain are all the same machines and same parts with different names labeled on the outside of the case!

(Keep in mind that units purchased in home improvement stores are typically of lesser grade than these professional units listed here.  Our units come with solid rails, not the weaker 3 piece rails found in boxed units in stores.)

Chain-drive:

1/2 HP Liftmaster  Chain-drive

Chain-drives are the type of opener that has been around the longest and are typically the best bargain.  The chain drive will work any size residential door just fine.
3/4 Hp Liftmaster Heavy Duty Chain-drive This is a heavy duty chain-drive unit and it  is recommended for heavier custom wood doors whose weight can vary due to moisture
Screw-drives:

1/2 HP Liftmaster Screw-drive

The screw-drive model is a little quieter than a chain-drive and lasts a little longer but costs more to repair.  The 1/2 HP screw-drive will work any size residential door just fine.

Belt-drives:
1/2 HP Liftmaster  Belt-Drive AC motor This is a belt-drive unit and it is more quiet than the chain-drive or standard screw-drive, but not as quiet as the belt-drive with battery backup.

3/4 HP Liftmaster  Belt-Drive DC motor with Battery Backup

This is a belt-drive unit that has its own battery, so you can operate the door still when there is a power outage, and it is the most quiet with a DC motor.

Residential Jackshaft Opener:
Liftmaster Jackshaft Opener with DC Motor This unit mounts directly to the wall besides the garage door instead of overhead, it attaches directly to the spring shaft, and it is recommended for low headroom situations where there is no room to add an opener above the door.
